At Industrial Home, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our comprehensive 5-year warranty reflects our commitment to providing you with furniture that is built to last.

Warranty Coverage

5-Year Limited Warranty

All furniture purchased from Industrial Home comes with a 5-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

What's Covered:

  • Structural Integrity: Frame construction, joints, and support systems
  • Manufacturing Defects: Flaws in workmanship and materials
  • Hardware Components: Drawer slides, hinges, handles, and other metal components
  • Finish Issues: Cracking, peeling, or blistering of the furniture's finish under normal use
  • Upholstery Frames: Structural issues in sofa and chair frames
  • Springs and Suspension Systems: Breakage or significant loss of tension

What's Not Covered:

  • Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling, fading, or softening
  • Color variations in natural materials (wood grain, leather, etc.)
  • Damage from improper cleaning or failure to follow care instructions
  • Damage from pets, sharp objects, or heat/moisture exposure
  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties
  • Floor samples, "as-is" purchases, or clearance items
  • Commercial use of residential furniture

Fabric & Upholstery Coverage

Fabric and upholstery materials are covered for the first 2 years against manufacturing defects, including:

  • Seam failure
  • Premature fabric wear under normal use
  • Excessive pilling or fading beyond industry standards

Note: Natural characteristics such as wrinkles, slight color variations, or softening of materials are considered normal wear and not covered by this warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim

  1. Document the Issue: Take clear photos of the problem area from multiple angles
  2. Gather Information: Have your order number, purchase date, and delivery date ready
  3. Contact Us: Submit your claim through email: info@industrialhome.com
  4. Evaluation: Our warranty team will review your claim within 3 business days
  5. Resolution: If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion

Resolution Options

Depending on the nature and extent of the defect, we will:

  • Repair: Send replacement parts or dispatch a technician to your home
  • Replace: Provide a replacement of the same item if repairs aren't possible
  • Store Credit: Issue store credit for the original purchase price if the item is no longer available

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • Within the first year: Industrial Home covers all shipping and service costs
  • Years 2-5: Industrial Home covers parts and labor; customer may be responsible for shipping costs

Legal Information

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
